Do we have any control as to what turns up at the top of our beloved GITS board?
I've noticed a new one featuring various busty - well, ladies - encouraging me to go on a 'naughty' date.
Good Grief! Some of us are happily married...
Having said that, I see I'm now being encouraged to buy a black nylon tutu on E-bay...
Seriously, though, whilst I'm more than happy that the site should makea few pennies to cover costs - isn't there a some sort of 'non-adult conent' advertising package we can sign up to?

Larry, Busty ladies? Black nylon tutu? !! I totally understand your distaste for these banners. I don't like them either. Unfortunately, GITS Club has no control over these adverts nor do we make any money from them. I investigated the possibility of removing the banners and learned that it costs $7 dollars a month per 50,000 visits. Now, GITS Club gets no where near that many hits each month, so I'm not sure what a lesser amount of visits will cost. I certainly will investigate. Here is a snipet of a FAQ I found by the provider: I will keep you posted -- pun intended ;D as you Keep Writing!

Hi,
I don't see ads on this site. I use Firefox as my browser and have the Ad Block Plus add on, which seems to work at stopping these ads.

mschererThanks for the info. It's not the presence of ads per se - just the content of a few of them. As an ex-adman I'm suprised thry don't tailor their media-package a little more. Would a ladies sewing-circle forum (there's bound to be one!) still get the 'busty ladies' I wonder. Or a kids site? Anyway, thanks for the update.

I'm asked to adopt a sad-looking virtual pet. Which is kinda cute. But-- I want the busty ladies!
