This is for a friend so give her the ol' GITS heave-ho:
"Dying to Meet You": Determined to find true love before her 40th birthday, a funeral director finds that her foolproof dating list of do’s and don’ts is about to bury her only real chance.

Since nobody has waded in, I'll give it a shot.
This is a tagline, not a logline, I'd say. It doesn't describe the central conflict of the story. Or at least, it only presents half. Yes, she wants to find true love before her 40th birthday, but what is stopping her? What does her list have to do with the conflict? What is it that she has to do, what stands in her way and how does she plan to do it?
I think this has some real promise. Female funeral director? Very interesting. Fortieth birthday as the "ticking timebomb?" Nice. But I think we need more to go on.
Your friend has an interesting idea, but she shouldn't be afraid to "give it away" in her logline.
