The "warm-up" is over and Wisconsin has return to the teens, thermometer-wise. I watched my two oldest girls walk backwards to the bus this morning. Anyone else remember doing that as a kid? To avoid the razor-blade winter winds in one's face, you'd walk backwards. I recall doing the entire five block walk to school in reverse once.
So, best laid plans... I made it halfway through Love Alters yesterday and that was it. Should finish today though. In a perfect world, Songs Without Words will be next up.
Fire up those laptops and go write some movies, people!

Hey Jeff,
I'm from Montreal and as a kid I delivered newspapers in the morning starting at 6am. February was included in the months I was required to do this. So I have walked backwards into the wind. I have removed ice from my eyelashes. I have held my gloved hands over my cheeks to defrost them. Ah, winter.
I saw your 'Monday' post yesterday including the bit about intending to read my draft. I loved how you made it sound official: "Andrew Warrington's SONGS WITHOUT WORDS" --- almost made it seem real. It got me to thinking how what you're doing here is (or may become)somehow thankless. So, thank you for moderating this board and reading so much of what gets posted here.
Andrew

Aw shucks, it's YOU guys who are doing me the favor. Keeping me inspired. I'm honored that you folks would post your tireless efforts onto the board, y'know? It's already a bold play in life just to decide to write a script... to share it is the "next level." Oh and by the way Andrew... it IS real. Never forget that. Jeff (should have your piece done by dinnertime tonight... I'm expecting looong naps out of the twins today!)

Have to second Andrew on this one. Thank you for even taking time out of your schedule to read what we've labored over. It means a lot. Even more so when you give a teaser of a review and then make me wait HOURS for the rest of the review. I’m thinking of calling my attorney to see if I have any ground to charge you with psychological damage. But seriously now…thank you for doing what you do.

You and your attorney will be awfully disappointed I'm afraid. My primary assets are a rusted 1995 Dodge Caravan, a foozeball table with a wobbly leg, and an over the hill greyhound with diabetes. ;D

Well, at least the greyhound doesn't have a wobbly leg...cause then you'd be in trouble, pal!
