Spending the week in Carolla, North Carolina along the Outer Banks with my lovely bride. This morning, rain beats against our patio door -- the surf crashes against the shore – life is good.
I think I like writing with the rain falling and the wind blowing – it all seems so relaxing.
Does weather affect your writing? Just curious as I, Keep Writing!

You're a good husband, Mike Yes, the weather does affect my writing. I tend to write more when it's raining -- as there's less to do outside. One of my favorite writing days ever was staying at at bed and breakfast on Widbey Island for a Writers Reteat 6-7 years ago, and writing early in morning with the wind blowing and rain coming down off the Pacific Ocean. Very scenic! Hope you and your bride have a lovely week. - E.C. Henry from Bonney Lake, WA

A very good husband and great son-in-law.
I also love to write when it is raining outside. Of course, a beautiful spring morning outside with a cigar inspires me as well. For some reasons the sunny afternoons just make me want to go out and play.
