I'm Launching a Blog! Help!

Hey guys,
After reading Scott's daily blog for almost six months and becoming part of its community, I've decided to take the plunge into blogging!

Since my passions are film and sociology, I've decided to make my blog a combination of reviews and news of youth-oriented films, tv, books, and pop culture and analysis of how these things portray young people-and whether they're accurate.

If you have a couple minutes, I'd love for you to check it out and let me know what you think- of the writing, the layout, the content...

Like Mike, I too visited your blogspot. I thought it was a winner! Good job. Really like the format you suggested you're going to follow. Participated in both polls I saw you had too.

Two suggestions for improvement:
1) Try to add more pictures to your posts; it makes them more interesting.
2) Visit Billy Mernit's blogspot.

His "Living the Romantic Comedy" is the best blogspot I've seen in all of the blogosphere; dude's got style. You should go there and see his layout -- just for inspiration.


Didn't know you had a passion for today's youth, Violet. The script submission I posted on this site, Act I of "Revenge of the Fat Chicks" deals with high school aged girls and form of hazing taking place at their school. My submission is 38 pages long and is available in the "Complete Acts" sub-grouping on this message board. Don't know IF you've read it or not... Didn't see your name as a responder... But since you have passion for teenagers, you MIGHT want to check it out.
