Who Have You Cast In Your Scripts?

I recently re-read one of Scott's tips on getting your screenplay done/helping it along, by star casting. I do this with pretty much every script I write, and I'm curious to know which actors you'd cast in your films!

Mine:
Script: End Scene
Genre: Romantic Drama
Benicio del Toro as a successful actor who stars in blockbusters trying to produce his first indie film.
opposite
Amanda Seyfried as his love interest, who he casts in the lead role of the indie film.

Script: Interviews with Ophelia
Genre: Urban Drama/Coming of Age
Eminem as a unemployed dad struggling to beat drug addiction and make his recently discovered 14 year old daughter's dreams of being an actress come true.

Elle Fanning as the daughter, Ophelia.

Both of your scripts sound interesting. The Benico del Toro/Amanda Seyfried is an interesting pairing... Not sure I SEE that, but maybe it's in the script.

Pardon me for saying so, but the first post was clear, succinct, and easy to read. The ideas look interesting and commercial.

The second post was like being assaulted. You blasted us with information like it was from a scattergun, and I found most of it unreadable. In fact I read the first two lines and gave up the rest.

I am a nobody, my opinion is irrelevant. However I just thought it would be constructive to point this out. No offence, cheers.

I don't understand? Are you saying you disagree, and if so why. Do you think a pro script reader would give more than 10 seconds to a page like the above? And why is it not constructive, I am not criticising a person, merely the writing.

I find your response typical, you are only reading what you want to see. try and see it from a 3rd party point of view. If you wish to have a debate please tell me how I am not being constructive. Also please tell me why i should tighten up my reading skills. I have an hons degree in literature from Oxbridge, what are your qualifications. I shall await your balanced response.

I certainly appreciate the passion on display here in this thread.

However, I'm having trouble appreciating the means with which it's being communicated.

Please folks, this board exists only to help your fellow writers, not bash, smash, and trash. There are some terrific outlets on the 'net for that type of thing... Triggerstreet? Ain't It Cool News? Go for it. Get random people in your crosshairs and take 'em out.
